Hastings
Training Hall Details:
The
Hastings Dojo has been established since 2002. Over the years the Dojo
has moved from strength to strength. Hastings dojo operates from the Hastings
Harriers Hall in Sylvan Road, Hastings. The 5:30-6:30pm class teaches all
aspects of the Kyokushin karate syllabus
up to Black Belt.
The class is a mix of senior
(adult) and junior (under 16yrs) students; classes are run in a formal but
friendly manner which provides structure and a disciplined environment for
juniors and a rich learning environment for adults. Many of our students are
families with siblings and/or parents training with their children.
The
Hastings dojo is a positive training venue for anyone wanting to start their
Karate journey. Many students have competed and achieved National championship
status and both travelled and represented New Zealand Kyokushin overseas.

In addition to Chief
Instructor Troy Sensei, Hastings dojo classes have the added benefit of
three assistant instructors pictured left.
As
with our sister Dojo in Napier, Hastings Dojo takes pride in its students and is
dedicated to their continuous improvement and development. Owing to popularity,
places in the Hastings Dojo are limited. Contact details are below; appointments
to visit are necessary, please call for more
information.
